  • Registration Requirements
  • Registration requires a valid email address and a mobile phone number.
  • To be able to provide an address in the United Arab Emirates for product delivery.
  • You must be of legal age to purchase the products.

  • Exchange Service
  • The customer has the right to request a product exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The customer may exchange the product if it has a technical fault or damage.
  • Product damaged by the customer can not be exchanged.
  • Electrical products may be exchanged if they develop a technical fault during the warranty period, if applicable.
  • The amount is refunded and added as credit to the customer's account, or processed according to the payment method.

  • Return Service
  • The customer has the right to request a product return within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The customer may return the product if it has not been used; it must be packaged exactly as it was upon delivery.
  • Products discounted as part of special offers are excluded from the service.
  • The amount is refunded and added as credit to the customer's account, or processed according to the payment method.

  • Your obligations
  • You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your account and password, and for restricting access to and use of your account.
  • Agreeing to accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account and password.
  • Agreeing to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other breach of the site's secure usage standards.

  • Governing Law: These Terms of Use and any related non-contractual rights or obligations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

  • Amendments: You may not amend, add to, or supplement these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to amend, modify, add to, or supplement these Terms of Use at any time or from time to time.
