• The warranty is valid for two years against manufacturing defects only.
• The warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or incorrect wiring/connections.
• The customer is responsible for electrical compatibility (voltage/amperage) and correct installation.
• Installation performed by an uncertified technician is strictly at the customer's own risk.
• No returns or exchanges are accepted after use, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
• Charging speed depends on the vehicle and the local electrical infrastructure.
• Any opening or modification of the device immediately voids the warranty.
• Transportation and shipping costs to and from the service center are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• In the event of a defect during the warranty period, inspection and repair may take from one week up to one month, depending on the nature of the issue and spare parts availability.
